On October 26 , the School of Art and Design of ShanghaiUniversity of Engineering and Technology held a series of activities on the 46thanniversary of the founding of the school, the Alumni Homecoming Day. Theactivities included alumni talks, "Inheritance, Innovation, Talk andGrowth Alumni Sharing Session", alumni visits to the college'slaboratories and other activities . Coinciding with the school's Global PartnerWeek, the college also held activities such as the "Experience theClassical Photography International Student Experience and ExchangeActivities" and the "College Club Cultural Experience Day".Teachers and students of the college and returning teachers and alumnicelebrated the 46th anniversary of the founding of the school together.

On October 26 , Li Yunxian, Secretary of the Party Committee ofthe School of Art and Design, and teacher representatives of the school held asymposium with four alumni, Gong Tao, Wang Peihua, Lu Renjie, and Wang Fang, inthe A405 Faculty House of the School of Art and Design . Secretary Li Yunxian,teacher representatives and four alumni reviewed the 46 years of development ofthe school and the School of Art and Design. The four alumni also reviewed theunforgettable moments in their college life. These experiences not onlyenriched their university life Life also laid a solid foundation for theirfuture careers.

Subsequently, the "Alumni Sharing Meeting on Inheriting,Encouraging, Talking and Growing Together" was held in A412 of the Schoolof Art and Design. Li Yunxian, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Schoolof Art and Design, awarded outstanding alumni certificates to Gong Tao, WangPeihua, Lu Renjie, and Wang Fang, commending the four alumni for theircontributions to the development of the school. Four alumni, Gong Tao, WangPeihua, Lu Renjie and Wang Fang, combined their own experiences to encouragethe students present to cherish learning opportunities and continuously improvetheir professional abilities to bravely pursue their ideals. During theroundtable interview session, four alumni had in-depth exchanges with theteachers and students present on topics such as their academic experiences,workplace challenges and future development, and encouraged the students tostay true to their original aspirations and forge ahead in their future lives.

After the meeting, Liu Jiang, deputy secretary of the PartyCommittee of the School of Art and Design, Xu Jianghua, deputy dean, and ZhengChao, director of the Design Practice (Experiment) Center, accompanied the fouralumni to visit the vehicle styling design laboratory, high-end aviationequipment design laboratory, and fashion consumer goods design The IndustrialCollege introduces the development of the college to alumni and invites alumnito return to the college often for win-win cooperation to build a future.

On the afternoon of October 26 , the Fourth Council of theSecond Alumni Association and the Alumni Development Forum were held in thethird lecture hall of the Graphic Information Center of Songjiang Campus. Themeeting was chaired by Vice President Xia Chunming. Alumnus Wang Fang, chairmanof Suzhou Zhongzhong Apparel Technology Co., Ltd., was added as a director ofthe alumni association. Dai Liu, vice chairman of the Alumni Association,issued letters of appointment to the new directors. Alumnus Wang Fang then gavea sharing on the theme of "Fashion Industry Transformation in the NewMedia Era". Alumnus Lu Renjie has been hired as an alumni mentor toprovide all-round guidance and assistance to current students and help themgrow and become talents.
